Within 48 hours of the call, you receive:
- A 1–2 page written summary of what we discussed and decided
- The target list as a CSV (company name, decision-maker, LinkedIn, relevance note)
- A first outreach template adapted for your product — English version ready to use, plus an annotated Polish translation skeleton.
Format
- 60 minutes, video call (Google Meet or Zoom — your choice)
- Founder-led — you talk to me directly, not a junior associate
- Live screen-share of the target list build (Apollo + LinkedIn)
- Pre-call: 5-question intake form so we don’t waste the first 15 minutes on context
Price
If you sign a Retainer engagement within 30 days of the audit, the €500 is credited toward your first month.

FAQ
Why €500 for one hour?
You’re not paying for the hour. You’re paying for the target list and the methodology, which together save you 3 to 6 months of trial and error in a market you don’t know.
Can I expense this through my company?
Yes. You receive a regular Italian VAT invoice (fattura) within 24 hours of payment.
What if I want to continue afterwards?
The Retainer is €2,000/month, 2-month minimum. The €500 audit fee is credited toward your first month if you sign within 30 days.
Do I need to prepare anything?
After booking and payment, you’ll receive a 5-question intake form. 10 minutes to fill out. That’s it.
How quickly can we meet?
Slots open 7–14 days out. Founder-led — every audit is run by me directly.
